This release candidate for the upcoming version QF-Test 4.0.2 provides support for Firefox 33 and fixes a critical WebStart issue caused by the latest Java updates 7u71, 7u72 and 8u25.The final QF-Test 4.0.2 version is going to follow next week after more thorough testing with these Java updates. Unless you require one of the technologies above, we recommend to wait until then.

Major upgrade: QF-Test 4.0 released
It’s done: QF-Test 4.0.0 is now complete and ready for download.Highlights include support for the new GUI technology JavaFX, Google Chrome as the third browser besides Internet Explorer and Firefox, improved handling for Java WebStart and applets, jQuery UI as additionally supported AJAX framework, generic classes for components of all GUI engines, a multi-level sub-item concept named QPath, similar to XPath, support for the embedded browsers Java FX WebView and JxBrowser 4, an improved user interface with colored syntax highlighting and a new qfs.qft package for client-side ssh connections.

2014-07-15, Geretsried, Germany -Against the lack of specialists: young talents at QFS Just before the summer holidays a group of 9th grade pupils visited QFS. With qualified questions and much interest they participated in the company presentation. In the practical part they even found a bug on the homepage of their school they had to test. A small table soccer tournament pupils against QFS completed the day.

Release Candidate for QF-Test 4.0 released
QF-Test 4.0 is nearly complete and enters the final release phase with this first Release Candidate, which also introduces QPath, a syntax for multi-level sub-items similar to XPath.
